Is the session live or recorded?
It's live, one on one, on Zoom. It's also recorded, and I'll share your recording within 24 hours.
What do I need to do before we meet?
Complete your intake form at least 2 business days before your session. It's required, so I can come prepared. Bring your offers and pricing, your client list, your follow-up process, and your revenue numbers if you have them. Messy is fine.
When do I get my roadmap?
Your personalized 30-day roadmap arrives as a PDF within 2 business days after your session.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. If you can join a Zoom call and share your screen, you're set.
Does my $397 count toward a VIP Day?

What if I need to reschedule?
Give at least 48 hours' notice and you can reschedule one time at no charge. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, have a $25 rebooking fee.

No. Results depend on many things, including implementation. What I can promise is my full effort, honest guidance, and a plan built around your business.
Is there a refund policy?
